Sometimes in midlife, we can feel a little lost and out of control. This new phase of life is marked by empty- nesting and changes in our bodies. Many times our thoughts and feelings are changing as well. If we are not mindful and strategic about our attitudes, it can feel like we're on a roller coaster.
