Who knew that there would be stress in Midlife?

Did you know that your body doesn't distinguish between mental stress, physical stress, and emotional stress? Did you know that estrogen is our stress-fighting warrior?

Stress can be defined as the fear or anxiety that comes with uncertainty. With our stress-fighting warrior declining, how do we deal with stress in Midlife?

Join Cam and Amelia as we explore what makes us feel stressed and how we deal with it.

Each of us has a different capacity for stress. Other things are stressful for different people. But we give you some practical tips to help you deal with it.

While there is no magic bullet, we can do things to live a happier, less stressful life. Things like spending time in nature, journaling, grounding, and spending time with people you love can all be helpful tools.
