Cam and Amelia are all about a whole food existence. But sometimes, it is prudent and helpful to supplement a whole-food-based diet.

Why you might ask? The relative density of nutrients in mass produced food has dramatically decreased over the past 50 years. The tomato you buy at the grocery store will not be as nutritious a the tomato is grown in someone's back yard.

So what do we do?

There are many supplements on the market. Did you know that 50% of Americans take supplements? This unregulated industry brings in billions of dollars every year to producers.
However, all supplements are not created equal, and all are not for everyone.
